ABOUT. Between Arts and Design

Born in Venice, Chiara is passionate about arts and crafts. It is therefore very naturally that she is involved with the world of interior design.
Once her History of Art studies completed, she moves to Paris, where she has been living ever since. Living abroad becomes one of the key constitutive elements of her development. From Paris, she gets closer to her roots and to what connects her deeply to her country of birth. It is often with the distance that one realises how many traditions, how many cultural and esthetic values one shares with one’s country of origin. Chiara’s love for the italian craft heritage, the reason why Italy is a leader in all sectors involving a manual expertise, keeps growing and refining.

In particular, she loves the fact that artistic creation has been developed in harmony with tradition; craftsmen’s techniques are an important key to understand the past. However she thinks that creation should also leave the door open to ideas, innovation, modernity, all of which would make these ancient technique relevant today.
Chiara represents a very italian style. She gives life to creations that are tailor-made, just like a beautiful dress that would fit each individual’s taste and figure, and whose every minute detail would have been thoroughly researched.
Interior design means for Chiara the creation of a constant dialogue between shapes and materials. She therefore works with craftsmen of the utmost expertise and agility, who are able to produce with traditional artisanal techniques updated for the contemporary design of your home.
